FEEDBACK / SUGGESTION Arrowhead, can we please get a normal looking medium Siege Ready armor? I don't want to look like an aliexpress warrior cosplay

And it certainly does look to me like it doesn't fit the perk theme at all.

Yeah, I would defend the whole apples tasting like bacon thing IF the armours would actually visually look like they give you the perk they have.

But A LOT of the armours just don't look like they give the benefit they do. Siege ready is prime example, I would imagine it having a lot of ammo pouches but pretty much only the Roadblock looks like it's carrying a lot of extra magazines.

Extra pockets and/or bandoliers should be mandatory for armor that increases ammo, stims, and grenades.

And we have servo assisted armor....with 0 servos. Thank you AH for your never ending genius.

"This armor is comprised of extremely heavy plates with 40 mm grenades all over it. Surely it gives you explosive damage resistance and more ammo."

"Wrong"

"This armor lets you throw things further."

Arrowhead needs to be walloped with the bacon flavored apples meme everyday until they start applying their own philosophy.

The other thing I don’t get when people say “but the armor needs to match the perk” as a argument against Transmog is that most of the perks we have aren’t things that we can see.

Like we have things like Democracy Protects, the recoil reduction on the Engineer and Fortified armor, literally all of the damage resistant type perks, extra melee damage, reload speed, etc.

None of the armors with these types of perks depict the perk visually, nor do they need to. The only perk I can think of that would actually look weird without an armor that shows it is Servo-Assisted, because the whole thing behind it is that the armor has a robotic arm that is used to throw farther, but then again we have the Dust Devil armor and people don’t really use Servo-Assisted anyway.

There is already 4 sets that have servo without the robot arm Knight, Legionnaire, Dreadnought, and Winter Warrior. Dreadnought looks like it should have siege ready or engineering kit.

I'd be more inclined to use the servo armors if I could pick another passive. The base throw range seems fine to me and at this point switching would throw off my aim completely.

I think something fun they could try to do is have changing out the armor passive add certain visual elements to showcase what passive someone has

Though I'll be honest, this is more so you know if someone has Integrated Explosives on, you see something like a bomb collar and know not to be too close to them when possible

The thing that annoys me is that there is a number of armors that were clearly designed for a specific passive, only for Arrowhead to change the passive last minute and not even update the name, let alone the fact that the armors design doesn't fit it new passive. The DP-8 Mountain Scaled is yet another case of the passive being changed last minute (name indicates it should had Democracy Protects instead of Siege Ready). I just wish Arrowhead would go back and give them the passives there were originally meant to have.
