They are heaven-born angels. Created by the light beyond the stars at Sera’s request which the decision was heavily influenced by Adam. Straight from the wiki page. So I mean I guess Adam technically didn’t create them, but he could’ve he would’ve

It’s called a joke. Relax. It’s a cartoon. I mean Vivienne has talked about how heaven borns being created in heaven and no one besides human souls like Abel have ever talked about parents. The only other family we’ve seen is Sera and Emily and they’ve never mentioned nor have we seen parents. Just because hell-borns reproduce like humans doesn’t mean heaven-born do.
