I’m also all for no animals, but I understand working dogs are needed and can be more tolerable to the sensory stimulation IF they have protective gear. ESA are NOT service/working animals. Gtfoh with that.

Stop putting animals and babies in dangerous and uncomfortable situations. Just because they can’t articulate “I don’t want to be here” to you, doesn’t mean that they are having a good time. People who defend this kind of behavior should really reconsider their life decisions

Edit: since it’s being brought up so much, I am only saying 18+ because it is easier to enforce. I don’t see an issue with teenagers, just harder to enforce.

I know some campsites at previous festivals I’ve been to have been pretty cramped especially with 4 people. ChatGPT said it was allowed to sleep in your car lol but I just wanna make sure! So if anyone knows if you can or that would be great!

Hey everyone! Super excited for EF this year, going for my 34th birthday and its my 2nd festival ever. I am starting to get really worried I made a mistake lol

Am I too old for this? I've read literally pretty much every post of this sub, and every first timers guide. I'm going to be extremely prepared (i think) but I'm starting to wonder if this is all too much.

Any thoughts on ages that attend, anyone in their 30s with suggestions? I bought the earplugs, i have the blue tooth eyemask and another noise maker to have my tent be mostly white noise. I have 2 tent fans and will be getting the humidity bags.

Were staying at lakeside lucky lake with 6 of us. 2 cars. Planning on bringing a camp toilet plus stand up tent and outdoor shower for that set up, screen tent and 2 canopies, outdoor rugs inflatable couch, and kitchen set up. Looking for comfort at camp as a means to decompress when needed.

I’ve been seeing a lot of vids on social media about this lone star tick epidemic spreading across the country and with that said is E Forest a bad spot for ticks? And if so does anyone have any clever tricks or advice to fight them off and keep them away?

Last year was such a sad forest to experience as a first. I totally get insomniac has no control over the weather, but the lack of communication regarding the situation every day and the sketchy after situations killed it for me. I’m a seasoned festival goer, and last year this sub was praising the forested as if there were 0 issues or kinks to work out at all? I met a lot of people last year that were also experiencing their first forest and generally this sub seems to get heavy opinions from regular ef goers. I’m interested to hear from those who had their first experience last year- would you go back?

I understand price is way higher with a much crappier lineup this year but…can’t help but feel like there’s a tad more to this insomniac should look into.

This is my first year at Electric Forest but I’ve been to other festivals in the past so this ain’t my first rodeo. My only question is does a car camping pass only allow for two people in a car? Or can we have a 3rd and 4th person with us as long as we all got GA passes with us?

Just as the title says, my wristband hasn't shipped yet. Its fully paid off, my address is correct and contact info is up to date. But I still havent even gotten notification that its shipped. I have two wristbands for GA pre-set. It seems a little late for it to not have been shipped yet.

In my 40's. Did EF alone last year and had a good time of it. Also did Hula alone which was even better. Bought tickets for 25 when they went on sale. But will be finalizing my divorce after 20 years of marriage in may or early June. Kind of afraid I will bring the bad vibes. Dont wanna be stuck depressed in the happiest place on earth. Hi! So I’m planning on attending my first forest next year and I’m so confused about what exactly I need to purchase. I want a good life a/c landing camping spot (hopefully- I heard they’re hard to snag) and then obviously tickets to get INTO the fest. Do I just need to purchase the a/c landing package (screenshot attached) and it already includes admission to the festival for 2 people or do I need to purchase the package in addition to fest tickets?? Also, do we need to purchase parking for our car separately or is that also included in the package?? I’ve read a few similar posts but people seem to be saying different things. Thanks for your help!!

My partner and I have tickets to camp in the Preset Tent area this year. It is also our first EF and our second camping festival in general. I know that we will be parking and taking our items in. Is there anything stopping us from driving our car somewhere else after we have gotten to the venue. I cant think of any reason that would stop us from being able to leave but I wanted to see if anyone in the group knew anything about. It would be really nice to have the opportunity to go to the lake or get something to eat outside of the venue if possible.

Howdy, y'all. My partner and I are going to Forest for the first time this year and were curious about the general vibe about giving out lil trinkets. I've got a bunch of crystals that I'd like to bring in lil bags and my partner wants to bring some simple kandi bracelets, and we wanna give them out/use them for trade. Is this chill to do? We're so nervous going to such a big event

I know you guys are going to rip me a new one, but we’re considering sending forest at the last minute since ga passes are still available. The only problem is there’s 0 camping available. Could we park in the lot and sleep somewhere else evenings? Is there any possible way to finagle this?
