Account created February 2016 while GoT debuted April 2011. Was your handle really available then? Or do admins have the ability to acquire what are believed to be "abandoned" accounts?

Acquire unclaimed territory*, a population and a way to continuously sustain it. Lastly, get recognition from other countries and eventually the UN.

*You can also become a seperatist but you should first inform yourself about the military strength of the country you're separating from.

Canada. The head of state of our country is a frail orld British woman who lives thousands of kilometres from our country. The only heads of state are those who are born into that family, and since theyre not Canadian, it's not possible for a Canadian to become Canadas head of state.

Ah, of course. I'm comfortable with a reading of that FAQ answer which includes heads of government. I would chalk it up to an American company not really thinking about how in most of the developed world, the head of government and head of state aren't the same person. Admins are welcome to agree/disagree with this. Not that it would make it any more immediately relevant to either of us.

You could vote to become a Republic and have an elected head of state if that's what Canada wanted though, Australia has been considering it for decades now.

That's what I'm for, but convincing people that Republicanism is a good idea is pretty hard when you're so close to the States. Once Lizzy bites it I can't see us staying a Monarchy, especially when both the NDP and Liberals have come out and expressed their interest in holding a referendum once she dies.

I can't see the monarchy lastingvery long after the Queen dies, and I say that as a Brit. Charles and Camilla just aren't very likeable, if it was William and Kate then maybe but without the Queen then really what's the point?

If it bypasses Charles like some suspect it will, I can see Will.and Kate taking the grand Commonwealth tour, and that sentiment will quickly fade as they return to build that popularity again.
