I made this painting, but I’m unsure if it would sell and if it would what to even price it. 😭 It’s watercolor and I drew the green swirls with prismacolor.

I wanted to capture something truly wild and untamed with this piece. It’s a collision of mythic power and the raw beauty of nature—a golden-maned dragon coiling around a lush, living mountain complete with hidden waterfalls and ancient temple gates. ​Playing with the contrast between the deep greens, the fierce red sun, and that textured yellow background was such a fun challenge. autumn, blue sky (surprisingly), red people hanging out. I feel that it’s something that makes one’s mind get rid off negative things for a mere moment, stopping the internal world for a second. then the consciousness rises again, colours become colourful, and the world seems a bit brighter.
I don’t like focusing on details that much, the water here was an exception.
