The amount of deferrals are insane! Idk what they’re looking for anymore

I know right! I was expecting a rejection but was pleasantly surprised to see I was deferred. I felt a little bit happy for myself with my 1430 SAT but then I come on here to see kids with 1500+ SATs and national awards getting deferred as well. =(
