Does “Inquiry access denied” mean no financial offer? Or is there a problem with the system?

I haven't seen "inquiry access denied"

I'll lay out some steps to help you see it hopefully 1. Log onto CAESAR 2. Fin Aid 3. View my Fin Aid (second tab) 4. Click 2022 (under the Aid Year) 5. Click Print Award Letter. This will give you a summative view of what NU might cost you

That's how it works for me. Otherwise not sure what I can do for you. Goodluck

Hmm, not sure if I’m seeing a print button.Screenshot

gotta clicked the 2022 (it's underlined and in black text) thing first. It'll show you your fin aid award and you'd be able to see the print option.

mb I didnt't see the notifcation earlier

EDIT: oh wait. I looked again and it doesn't look like you can click it. Im not sure now, sorry about that.

Do you think it might be because I filled out the FAFSA but didn’t do CSS or IDOC? If so do you think I could email them and ask what to do?

Oh if you didn't do the CSS/IDOC maybe that's why you're seeing that. Apparently, other people have the same issue too sadly. I think you should email the fin aid office about the issue Good luck!

Yeah I decided to email them. I don’t get why if we’re applying for need-based financial aid we have to fill out a form that costs $15+ to send 🙄
