Rejected! I really did fall in love with this school, but for some reason I don't really feel sad. Just calm and at peace. Congrats to everyone who was accepted!

I honestly feel so lucky I've had the chance to fall in love with and apply to MIT. As Alfred Lord Tennyson said, "tis better to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all." Perhaps a little odd to use such a quote in this context, but I am still so thankful to have gotten to love a place and know what I am looking for in college.

I'm not really sure how to say thank you for everything, as words on the internet don't quite seem to cut it. But they're the best I have right now, so I must emphasize, thank you so, so much. I truly mean it.
