Can someone explain me the casting controversy around this film?
I've only heard a trans actor was cast as Achilles, which is, if you actually know the Illiad, a choice that absolutely makes sense.
Don't know what the other controversy is about though.
You are wrong in the most non changed versions from other writers of ancient Greece he was described physically beautiful with fair hair ξανθος in ancient Greek meant fair haired could be light brown to to lightish with some blond mixed to blonde :) he was also described as tall and strong
Never ever was he called feminine these usually are more modern terms feminine and masculine
Also how am I wrong when its literally what we are taught in school in the country its originated from ....
