I travel a bit and want something portable for reading ebooks, marking up pdfs, and quick notes when I’m not at my desk. My main concern is battery life and whether the writing experience feels responsive enough for daily use.

Is it better to prioritize display quality or processor speed for this kind of use? Also are there any models that don’t get too heavy after holding them for a while? thanks for the suggestions

I've left my tablet off a charger for a few months, mainly because school means I have to worry about keeping my phone and Chromebook at 100%. I tried to charge it yesterday, but it didn't exactly work. 24 hours on the charger and I don't feel a thing from it. If anyone has any solutions, please let me know. I'm going to be travelling for 6 months and would like to get a tablet to take with me for watching things on long journeys and to act as a bit of a laptop replacement for when I'm booking flights/researching things (I'm a millenial so am allergic to doing those things on my phone haha).

Hello, as you can see in the video I have a problem with the prime video app, the app is stucked with flickering screen, the tablet has the CN rom setted to english + translate in Italian with setedit. the rest of the app runs good. I have debloated with shizuku + canta the apps in the list of image attached. any Idea how to resolve? I just tried to clear the app cache/data and reinstall, tried also with edit all the persmission in the app. thanks

Whenever I use my tab whether it's be for making notes using the official styles or using the keyboard or using the touch screen itself it works fine and then suddenly there's a stutter like how it feels like in games(the stutter occurs while typing too)here input and output takes time.

Purchased this tab at a steal price and its been a couple weeks now... I've been mainly using it for youtube, chrome, reddit, spotify, and some light gaming

Let me tell you - it’s way smoother than I expected for the price

- display is decent for content watching

- speakers are loud enough for casual use

- battery comfortably lasts me a full day

- Multitasking hasn’t been frustrating... even app switching feels surprisingly responsive with helio g99 chip

- also noticed it stays fairly cool during longer sessions, which i didn’t expect from a budget tablet

Ngl, these newer mediatek chips in affordable devices is just acing it dude... Obviously not pretending it’s an ipad killer or anything 😭 but for basic daily use, media, reading, and travel, this thing has been genuinely solid

I'm a high school senior and I want a large tablet that's practical for studying, reasonably priced, and with a good processor.

With how support on tablets work I wonder if you can prolongen the usable time by jailbreaking it.

As an examples. Wacom movinkpad 11 in 7 years from now. As it seems Wacom doesn't do os updates so clip studio paint might now work in the future due to them not supporting older os.

Can you jailbreak it then and get a old version of clip studio paint or other not anymore supported tools to continue to use it?

Which controller do you guys like? Weather it be Bluetooth, telescopic, or whatever. I haven’t been able to really find one that works for me. I’m looking for some recommendations. I’m getting the Tab S10+ for around ₹80k on both Amazon and Flipkart, but the official Samsung retail stores near me are selling it for like ₹1.06 lakh 💀

So now I’m confused:

Is ₹80k actually a good deal for the S10+ right now?

Should I just get an iPad instead at this price range?

Is the Tab S10+ still worth buying in 2026 for productivity, notes, media, and some gaming?

On Amazon, the seller is “Dhamaka Deals” — has anyone bought expensive electronics from them? Are they trustworthy?

Also, why is the S10+ so hard to find offline now? Most stores near me either don’t have stock or are pushing the Ultra version.

I am looking for a recommendation for a light gaming tablet that can play some mobile game like genshin/hsr/wuwa. I might watch netflix/youtube on it but mainly to play game for now. Would like it to be small - 8-9inc if possible but open for larger size.

My current options are:

+Waiting for the new Redmagic Astra in June - Probably best option but most likely being expensive as I would want a 512gb

+Bestbuy CA is current having 2 options: Lenovo Yoga Tab vs Lenovo Legion Go z1. The later one is more expensive and fit my need but might be overkilled. The former is having bigger screen and only 256 gb but is much cheaper ($230 CAD cheaper before tax)

+ Aliexpress has Alldocub iPlay 70 which is the cheapest option of all 3 but again, no 512 GB, longer delivery time and might have quality issue on both product and shipping

+Last option is something that you can recommend to beat those above option

Wondering if anyone has had the same problem and a solution to having all apps work seamlessly with the Chinese Rom?

I'm on version 1.1.350 which should be the latest. Yet regardless if I download it via the Google Play store or Lenovo's own App Center, some popular apps like Duolingo and Facebook are unusable.

Duolingo allows me to get as far as logging in, but when I then load the app, all I get is the big green screen and it doesn't change.

Facebook is worse, it loads then turns into a epilepsy inducing flickering mess.

Shame it's happening now because it used to be perfectly fine.

Anyone had the same problem and could resolve it?

I’m considering buying the new Lenovo Legion y900 13 inch from Giztop. Does anyone have any experience with them? If anyone knows roughly how long it takes for them to ship to Nordic countries (Norway specifically), that would be great. Also are there any disadvantages to buying a device before it gets launched globally? (The tablet I’m considering is only released in China as of now)
