After a bit of thinking I believe I have the perfect plan to get rid of this phone. So we know that the phone just reappears in his/her pocket when he/she tries to get rid of it. So all he/she has to do is remove all of his/her clothes and now there is no longer any place for the phone to reappear in. Problem solved (unless of course the phone can appear up his/her butt or something).
